How to Order
You can buy online by Credit Card using our secure store (Google Checkout) at www.cadaptor.biz Government, Education, PLC and existing account customers purchase orders welcome. All others: payment must accompany order, please call if you require a Pro forma invoice. Please allow 3-5 working days for cheques or BACS payments to clear.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis, you must check specifications, suitability and compatibility before buying.
Checking and Correcting
It is up to you to check that your order is correct. There are facilities to enable you to correct any inputting errors prior to the submission of your order. If however you realise that you have made a mistake then do call us on Tel +44 (0) 1274 780703 or email us (see ‘contact us’)
VAT
Our VAT Number is 607 1474 54.
Our prices (including delivery charges where applicable) do not include VAT which is chargeable at 17.5% in the UK.

The CADaptor Solutions online store processes payments through Google Checkout who capture, encrypt and process all credit or debit card details using industry standard secure socket technology (SSL).
No warranties
We do not warrant that any products sold to you will meet your requirements or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error free. Exclusion of liability It is our company policy and we hereby exclude all express and implied warranties or conditions relating to the products and services that we sell whether via this site
Trading hours and response times
CADaptor Solutions office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm UK time and the office is open every day of the year other than weekends and United Kingdom public holidays. All orders are acknowledged by email. Customer emails received by us will be responded to within one (1) working day of receipt unless due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. ISP failure).
Emails
When you use this site we may have cause to communicate with you by email.
Our emails (including any attachments to them) may contain information that is confidential or legally privileged and intended only to be seen by a particular person or persons.
